Our product specialists will spend 20-30 minutes preparing for their meeting with you. They'll review your website, social media, and competitors in your market to prepare a personalized demo that's respectful of your time and focused on the top ways Playbook can help your organization.
What should I do to prepare?
No preparation is needed. Just make sure to be at a computer (with a camera and microphone) so you can join in for our Zoom meeting.
How do I get my 5% Contribution from Playbook?
Playbook processes our contributions each month. As long as your organization provides a qualified demo to Playbook, we will donate 5% of your event's ticket sales revenue towards your fundraising goal. It's as simple as that!
What's a Qualified Organization?
Any youth sports or recreation program with over $60,000 a year in registration volume. If you are a school or a program that doesn't meet these conditions, you may refer another organization that meets these conditions to book a demo with us.
